Don't expect the chicken-shits in U.S. media to actually reproduce said cover, which I am including below, as the perfect first image in the return of Mohammed Mondays to this blog. Expect another portrayal of the Prophet Mohammed (may pieces be upon him) at minimum every other week for the foreseeable future.
If that picture fills you with rage and the desire to kill someone, start with yourself. Do the world a favor. It will be better off without you in it.
